Breakfast: grits with margarine and a chopped up hot dog, also coffee

Lunch: At "the Rat" (KFC), chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, a roll
with honey, corn and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: stewed pork chops, potatoes and sour kraut. This gave me a good
post dinner blood score of 114 but also gave me a serious case of
indigestion.
