Breakfast: two soft boiled eggs on toast and coffee

Lunch: At KFC,
  • two extra crispy chicken legs
  • one of their new broiled chicken breasts
  • mashed potatoes with brown gravy and some cottage cheese added
  • corn
  • apple crisp desert
  • a bit over a medium glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner:  Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy, Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and iced water

Snack: popcorn and iced water
