Breakfast: wheaties and coffee
Snack: popcorn (My Father was big into popcorn but I don't know if it helped control his blood sugar. Popcorn is "medium" on the Glycemic Index and this should have helped... )
Lunch: the rest of the left over beef stew and a bag of cheeze crackers and water
Dinner: chicken stripes, rice and broccoli and cold water
