Dinner: a Healthy Choice Meatloaf dinner and cold watger
People think that what they eat daily will always be remembered as normal, yet this isn't true. Someday, my descendants might be amused or appalled at what I eat...
Lunch: Subway Sandwich meatball sandwich, chips and a medium "Diet Coke"
Dinner: Hungry Man Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and cornb and a
couple of little Oreos and iced water
Snack: at home: gin-n-tonic
Lunch: brats boiled in beer and a 20 oz Diet Pepsi
I made some creamme of broccoli/potatoe/carrot soup but put too much
black and red pepper in it so it was too spicy to drink. I put some into
two little covered bowls and will drink one tomorrow and the other
Moanday. I'll make the next batch with no spices and mix it with the
left overs (about 60% of today's batch) and this should thin out the
pepper and harshness of the onions from our garden. This soup is
awaiting me in the freezer...
Dinner: Healthy Choice roast beef meal. What they say about hunger being
the best appetizer is correct: I ate dinner about 8:20 pm due to work
load (I worked the 3 pm to 11 pm shift). I had a couple of little Oreo
cookies. Then, some popcorn.
Lunch: salad and then meat speghetti and rolls from Napolini's Italian
restaurant
Dinner: Maire Callender's pork chop, mashed potatoes and white gravy and
apple stewed and iced water with little Oreos for desert
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown for a tuna sandwich on a big hamburger bun,
gfries and iced water
Dinner: can of corned beef hash and iced water (it was, as I hoped, easy
on my sore tooth)
Lunch: a can of all meat, no beans chilli and some crackers and a can of
Pepsi One (also pain killers for my sore tooth)\
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meatloaf meal and water
Snack: a gin-n-tonic before going to bed...
Lunch: Arby's for a "French Dip" sandwich, curly fries and a medium
"Diet Pepsi"
Snack: a coupe of teaspoons of homemade chocolate pudding (with a small
amount of milk)...
Dinner: a can of spaghetti and "meatballs", a chunk of sour dough bread
and water
