Labour Day

Breakfast: wheaties and a chunk of bread with peanut butter and grape
jelly and coffee

Lunch: Arby's for a "French Dip" sandwich, curly fries and a medium
"Diet Pepsi"

Snack: a coupe of teaspoons of homemade chocolate pudding (with a small
amount of milk)...

Dinner: a can of spaghetti and "meatballs", a chunk of sour dough bread
and water
