Breakfast: I took my left over steak and boiled it with some red wine to reduce the fat and ate this with the left over baked potatoe.
Lunch: at the Casino Restaurant, where I had chicken, BBQ, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, rolls and butter and a desert.
This was a buffet and the service was simply excellent. I think we got a college girl who was just starting out as "wait staff" and had not developed "GAF attitude". I hope she does not lose this...
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf and iced water. My asma kicked in after eating so I am wondering if I've attains allergic reactions to some food...
"GAF Attitude" comes the US Navy in the early 1970s. It comes from "I don't Give A Fuck attitude".

This place just opened. The food was quite good, the service quite good, the place smells nice, looks nice and has really been decorated much nicer than the last two sets of owners. It looks like the "Mex" place in the mall and Casa Alveraz will finally have some good competition. (I still haven't gone back to the mall "Mex" place after they crapped on us when we went there in late 2009.)Dinner: Healthy Choice Meatloaf dinner and cold water

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf and a gin-n-tonic and a second gin-n-tonic. Sadly, it didn't stay down. I finally found the Vir Coto quote that is quite appropriate:
Londo Mollari: Vir, we are not biologically equipped to handle fast food.

Breakfast: McDonald's Big Breakfast of
We went to the Miriah Hills Golf Course Restraint. When we walked in, their special was exactly what my wife wanted.
We were seated on the outside porch as it was a very mild evening. We had a great view of the golf course and made snide remarks about the behaviour of the golfers. Two walked to their cart and drove off down a lane and then walked to the green their balls were on. The walk to the cart and then from the cart to the green had to have been greater than if they had simply walked to the green! Of course, they would have had to carry their golf bags...
What did we get from eating here?
- sausage patty
- scrambled eggs
- bisquit with
- butter and
- grepe jelly
- McDonald's grape jelly, not what I have at home
- butter and
We planned on going out to dinner at the Boot Hill Casino Restraunt. I had just gotten off a string of 3 pm to 11 pm shifts and was planning on starting the 5 am to 1 pm two mornings after. So, we decided to go out to dinner (married couples need to date more than when they were pre-Martial dating!)
Kathie wanted seafood linguini and I wanted a nice steak. It being a Wednesday evening, I figured I would have the Casino's Prime Rib. Their beer selection is basically limited to "light" or "lite" and even thatdogpissMic "Ultra". We were told the only food being served was the buffet. The buffet had nothing we wanted. So, we left...
This meant the Casino lost money we'd have paid for food and money we would have lost gambling. All they had to do was let us order off the menu...
The Boot Hill Casino is getting cheap.
The Boot Hill Casino shut down their gift store because it was not making enough money. The items were overpriced and they could have cut prices and told the gamblers about sales just for you, tonight! They didn't and the store is gone.
The Boot Hill Casino is cutting back on spending at the restrained. The restaurant and gift store were meant to support the gamblers and should have been supported by the gamblers.

It used to be traditional for the server to ask if the patrons wanted desert. This would usually lead to patrons deciding they might "feel full" but still had enough room to split some nice decadent desert. (Reminds me of the mint scene in that Monte Pyton movie.) But, lately, they have just been bringing the bill, alrady talled up, to the patron's table. It is a hassle for the servers to take a desert order, bring out the desert and add this cost to the bill. So, we dont' bother asking...
It is highly annoying and when it happens, leads me to classify the waiter/waitress as sub-par. "Our" waiter was adequate and lost out on a "good" rating by his not asking if we wanted desert...
