Breakfast: cherios and coffee
 
Lunch: a mixture of:
  • the left over corned beef,
  • a small amount of corned beef hash and  cooked egg
  • after getting home, some chocolate pudding I had to cook
Dinner: at the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant for
  • salad
  • baked potatoe (most of)
  • 14 oz ribeye steak (about half of)
  • a small sip of "Diet Pepsi"
