Breakfast Homemade SOS, with boiled potatoe added, some "French Bread" and coffee
Snack pieces of "French Bread"
Lunch 4 fried cjhicken legs from Dillions and a can of Diet Coke
Snack several pieces of dark chocolare
Dinner Healthy Choice fish and a gin-n-tonic aftrer dinner
Asmtha not too bad in the morning and not too bad at night
