Breakfast: Homemade SOS on store bought mashed potatoes and a can of Pepsi One.
 
Lunch: a peanut butter and grape jelly on sour dough bread sandwich, freetos, and coffee
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf and a gin-n-tonic and a second gin-n-tonic. Sadly, it didn't stay down. I finally found the Vir Coto quote that is quite appropriate:
 
 Londo Mollari: Vir, we are not biologically equipped to handle fast food.
         Vir Cotto:  I know. I know. But it tastes so great going down. Coming up again, it's not so terrific, but-
 
I can once again confirm the link between diabetes and stomach emptying problems...
