Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch:  a can of chicken, after which I felt even more hungry. I then had some ice creamme at "Cold Stone" (big scoop of vanilla mixed with chocolate sauce and chocolate stripes) and I was not hungry afterwards!

Dinner: two enchiladas and a Healthy Choice chicken dish, with iced water
