Breakfast: home made pancakes and coffee.

Snack: dark chocolate and cold water

Lunch: fahitas, Mexican rice, refried beans, "Diet Pepsi" and a desert of ice cream in a pastry with strawberries and strawberry sauce.

Snack: dark chocolate and a cup of coffee

Dinner: two quarter pound hot dogs boiled in rice and cold refrigeratir water.
