Breakfast: A sausage and egg breakfast pizza (6" diameter), 1 and a half English muffin with strawberry jam and two cups of coffee
Lunch: a bacon/cheese 6" breakfast pizza and can of Pepsi One.
Lunch #2: left over roast beef, potatoes, gravy and cold water
Dinner: We went to the Amy Wilkerson Memorial Dinner at the Knights of Columbus and I had:
- salad with added canned shredded Pharachan Cheese
- spaghetti with home made hamburger sauce (not enough juice)
- slice of garlic bread
- bottle of cold water
Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic
