Lunch: at the DCCC: chicken gumbo over rice, a chunk of baked potatoe, piece of cake and ice creamme and soft drink
Snack: small piece of dark chocolate
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf, small piece of dark chocolate and several glasses of iced water
Pre-dinner snack: some small Oreo cookies
