Breakfast: two McDonad's steak breakfast burietos, potatoes and coffee

Lunch:  2 slices of meat pizza, a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Snack: small piece of dark chocolate

Dinner: Healthy Choice meatloaf dinner and cold water

I guess the key to low evening blood sugar is not eating much during the day?
