Breakfast: 1 fried egg, bacon, coffee

Lunch: homemade potatoe cheese soup, freshly baked "French" bread, a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Snack: piece of dark chocolate and coffee

Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli, a couple of little Oreo cookies and iced water
