Breakfast: left over corned beef, fried, two eggs, scrambled, coffee

Lunch: tuna fish sandwich and coffee

Snack: coffee, one of those coffee cup of cakes

Dinner: Healthy Choice Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, a couple of small Oreo cookies and about a quarter cup of vanilla ice creamme.
