Breakfast: 3 small pancakes and coffee

    Lunch: Arbys chicken stripes, fries and a small diet pepsi.

    Snack: small amount of chocolate fudge
   Dinner: 2 soft shell buritoes with
          * hamburger
          * yellow cheddar cheese
          * sour creamme
          * ketchup
          * lager beer
    Snack: small amount of chocolate fudge
