               * left over hamburger
               * 2 slices of toast with grape jelly

________Lunch:   6" Subway Sub double beef and lettuce
               * chips
               * small Diet Pepsi

_______Dinner:  Homemade meat pizza and a beer

Pre-Bed Snack:  small amount of chocolate chips
