Breakfast-1: McDonalds and ordered 2 breakfast britos and later
                   found  I had gotten just one. So I ate that one and Kathie's
                   potatoe slab and coffee.

Breakfast-2: I went home and had a chunk of "French" bread with butter
                    that I toasted in the oven. I dunked this into of chocolate made 
                    in the Kernog. I Made 12 oz of hot chocolate and it was weak
                    I will make an 8 oz cup next time and maybe mix some hot                                    chocolate with milkj and micro-nuke it before adding it to the
                    Kernog hot chocolate.

       Lunch:  A 6" roast beef and lettuce sandwich and chips from subway
                    sub and a bottle of Diet Pepsi. 

      Snack: a couple of small teaspoons of chocolate!ate fudge. 

    Dinner: Homemade pizza ad a glass of a local beer.
