____Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled
               2 slices sour dough toast
               coffee
________Lunch: two small pieces of steak
               bottle of Diet Pepsi
        Snack: small amount of peanut butter and grape jelly
               some coffee 
_______Dinner: Stouffer's Classics Lasagna with meat & sauce
               beer 
               vanilla ice creamme and chocolate shell
