Breakfast: bran flakes, baggle with peanut butter and coffee (I'm out of Diet Pepsi...)
Lunch: Being Wednesday, lunch was a Casey's Cowtown and was a large hamburger, french fries and Diet Pepsi.
Dinner: More leftovers of the stew I ginned up the other day.
Snack: peanuts and some left over bottled water and a bit of left over rice pilof at home after work.
