a few more days worth...

Breakfast: Bowl of shredded wheat, slice of ham and coffee.

Breakfast: Skipped...I was at Saint Vincent's (in Beaverton Oregon) getting a MRI and EKG to see iff'n I'd had a stroke.

Lunch: McMinamans (in Beaverton Oregon) for a large hamberger with Canadian Bacon (Tillamock Cheese was on the side), home made fries (an example of how good fries can be; so wonderfully *not* McDonalds, etc.) and a couple of glasses of Diet Rite.

Dinner: Bar-b-q'd London Broil, baked potato, aspargus,

Breakfast: Breakfast at the Brown Bear Restraunt in Beaverton, Oregon: steak, two fried eggs, hash brown potatoes, a rather bit bisquit and two cups of coffee.

Lunch: Chicken club salad at Arby's and a can of Diet Pepsi.

Dinner:

Breakfast: bowl screded wheat and coffee.

Lunch: Gyro with humas and rice extra; a soft drink.

Dinner: Ham, boiled carrots, bread and water.

"Snack": A gin and tonic...
