12 November 2009

Breakfast: left over roast beef, gravy, a little bit of potatoes and
carrots and bread

Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: "French" dip sandwich, fries (my wife says
they are the best in town and I think she is right) and water

Snack: a bag of 4 "Little Debbie" powder sugar donuts and a bottle of
Diet Pepsi

Dinner: Marie Callender's Pasta Al Dente "Old World Rigatoni Bolognesse"
(Rigtoni in Slow-Simmered Tomato Sauce with Tender Beef, Vegetables, and
Parmesan Cheese) and ice water

Snack: popcorn and water
