Breakfast: large dish of grits and a peanut butter and grape jelly
sandwhich (with coffee)\

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries and later, a half peanut butter
and grape jelly sandwich with a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Shrimp and
then a bag of popcorn and water
