Breakfast: grits, a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and coffee

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries and later, a corned beef on sour
dough sandwich and a biggish bottle of Diet Pepsi

Dinner: Healthy Choice4 Cafe Steamers Grilled Basil Chicken (chicken
tenerloins with linguini & vegetables in fire-roasted tomato basil
sauce) and iced water
