cake, a bacon sandwich (shared with my dog, of course!) and coffee
Lunch: Two brats and a bottle of Diet Coke (both were mistakes...)
Snack: four Little Debbie powder sugar donuts and a cup of coffee
(later, I couldn't tell which made me feel more jittery and which upset
my stomach more: the sugar or the caffein. Regardless, I won't be having
that again soon...
Dinner: stewed pork chops, sour krat, rice and broccoli and I wish I had
some Pepto Bismol for desert!
