Dinner: at Montana Mike's, big steak, baked potatoe, rolls, salad with Thousand Island Dressing and a fancy desert of brownie, ice creamme, whippped creamme and fudge sauce
Pre-Bed Snack: 3 shots of gin in two gin-n-tonics...
Lunch: Subway Sandwich foot long meatball sub, chips and a bottle of
Diet Coke
Dinner: microwaved "store bought" roast beef on home cooked rice and water
Lunch: minute steak on sour dough bread and coffee
Dinner: a boiled meal of boiled steak, rice and broccoli florets and
iced water
Snack: 6 little Oreo cookies...
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown: large hamburger, fries and water

sandwich and later, two chicken legs (from Dillons) and a bottle of DP.
Both the chicken and DP were mistakes: the chicken was too greasy and

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy,
Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and water

with a gin-n-tonic before going to bed; that g-n-t was a mistake...
Lunch: diet TV dinner (noodles, gravy and "meatball") plus water
Snack: four "Little Debbies" small powder coated donuts
Dinner: small steak broccoli and homemade "French Bread"
How was the dinner? To quote Vir Koto: "It tasted so good going down,
not so good coming back up". About an hour after dinner, I realized
that dinner wasn't meant to stay down so I walked my dog in the back
yard and vomited over the fence into the vacant lot north of my house.
Snack: Grandma's homestyle Chocolate Chip cookies (2) and coffee

The service was nice and the food was typically good. Appleby's has come back to their usual standards. However, the manager did not come around...
Lunch: various at "King's Table" (a popular Oriental/American place),
ice creamme for desert and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: Boston Market Meatload (with homestyle mashed potatoes & gravy)
and water
Snack: a cookie...

Dinner: a stew of boiled boneless chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions,
homemade egg noodles andn speghetti noodles and water
Pre-bed snack: a gin-n-tonic, potatoe chips and cottage cheese and some
peanut butter on a half slice of whole wheat bread...
Lunch: roasted chicken, dressing, broccoli and water
Dinner: Smart Ones "Traditional Lasagna with Meat Sauce" and some
popcorn (plus iced water)
Snack: the last pork chop from last night's dinner
Lunch: most of a large turkey sandwich and potatoe chips dipped into cottage cheese and water
Snack: movie popcorn and a largish "Diet Pepsi"
Diner: We went to Appleby's and decided to give them a second chance. They have earned their redemption and have redeemed themselves! (Such a nice change from the piss poor service we hae several weeks ago!)
We were seated and a waiter was there immediately. He took our orders quickly and was friendly; a friend of my wife walked over to visit as well. That was nice, even though I was pissed at "our" waiter visiting with the folks across from us last time we went to Applebys.
The food was done correctly and our waiter came by to ask if I wanted another beer and asked if we wanted desert. (I did.)
