Breakfast: At "Vernon's Place", a 10 oz steak (next time I go with bacon
instead...), two eggs over medium, hash browns, whole wheat toast with
grape jelly and 2 cups of coffee

Lunch: roasted chicken, dressing, broccoli and water

Dinner: Smart Ones "Traditional Lasagna with Meat Sauce" and some
popcorn (plus iced water)
