Breakfast: wheaties and coffee

Lunch: a half pound hamberger, fries and some of Kathie's onion rings at
Montana Mike's and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi"

Dinner: a stew of boiled boneless chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions,
homemade egg noodles andn speghetti noodles and water


Pre-bed snack: a gin-n-tonic, potatoe chips and cottage cheese and some
peanut butter on a half slice of whole wheat bread...
