25 January 2010\

Breakfast: left over spegethi from yesterday and some of the left over
tuna noodle casserrol

Lunch: plain yogurt with strawberries, a peanut butter and jelly
sandwich and later, two chicken legs (from Dillons) and a bottle of DP.
Both the chicken and DP were mistakes: the chicken was too greasy and
I've lost my taste for soft drinks...

Dinner: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast (Roasted Beef with Cabernet Gravy,
Carrots, Red Potatoes & Apple Cranberry Multigrain Crisp) and water
