- if this was supposed to be baked or cooked on the stove,
- didn't say how long it would take to cook or
- how to tell when the meal was done.
I'm thinking this somewhat bland meal could be spiced up with
- sauteed onion and
- sauteed garlic and
- chunks of ham and
- maybe light cream vice milk?
Lunch: we had brots boiled in beer with green peppers and onions and iced water
Dinner: I had a "Healthy Choice" beef pot roast dinner with iced water
