Breakfast: a hamburger bierock and coffee

Lunch: a Burger King large hamburger and fries and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Three Meat Pizza:
  • pepperoni,
  • Italian sausage
  • and seasoned ground beef with
  • reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Snack: a small amount of corned beef hash
