Breakfast: Healthy Choice Beef Pot Roast and coffee (I had planned on bringing wheaties and cheerios but brought the wrong container; fortunately, I had this Healthy Choice sitting in the office freezer for the past several months...)
Snack: cheeze-its and hot chocolate
Lunch: hamburger and tomatoe soup and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Snack: a couple of chocolate chip cookies at the Santa Fe Trail Association meeting
Dinner: steak, baked potatoe, asparagus and cold water
