Breakfast: McDonald's pancakes, sausage and coffee

Lunch: Healthy Choice meatloaf meal and a bottle of Diet Pepsi

Dinner: at the Boot Hill Casino,
  • salad
  • a little cup of chilli
  • 8 oz prime rib
  • baked potatoe
  • mixed veggies
  • rolls, 2, we had to remind the waiter to bring them out and he did right before we finished dinner...
Snack: gin-n-tonic two hours after I finished eating dinner...
