Breakfast: home made "omlette" in this cooking dish I bought at Dillions and coffee

Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown
  • chicken "sticks"
  • french fries
  • roll with butter
  • corn with some of the roll's butter
  • iced water
Snack: after donating blood at the Red Cross Blood drive, a small bag of Oreo cookies and a small bag of cheeze-its and water

Dinner: a TV dinner based on speghetti and a slice of "garlic" bread and water

Snack: gin-n-tonic
