Breakfast: Burger King SOS on biscuits, a few potatoe thingies and coffee

Lunch: a Healthy Choice roast beef with potatoes, carrots and apple desert and water

Dinner: I made:
  • Zaterans' Kagen {sp} spicy "dirty" rice (i.e. it has hamburger in it) and
  • boiled broccoli florets
  • plus I had cold water to drink
