Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and a slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and honey and coffee
Dinner: (about 9 pm) around a cup of mashed potatoes with several tablespoons of Tillamook extra sharp Cheddar cheese melted into it and iced water (I was at work and simply could not eat earlier)
Snack: (at home): a peanut butter and honey on a slice of sour dough bread sandwich and a gin-n-tonic
