Breakfast: grits with two hard boiled eggs mixed in and coffee
Lunch: two boiled ears corn on the cob and a piece of dark chocolate and iced water

Dinner: we went to the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant for dinner and I had:

  • salad
  • 14 oz ribeye steak (I left enough carved off fat on my plate to cause my wife to comment "It looks like a meat eater was here"
  • baked potatoe (cooked not quite enough so I didn't finish it...)
  • two Bud (they didn't have any better beers)
Snack: a gin-n-tonic and some shelled sunflower seeds
