Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
 
Lunch: at Subway Sandwiches for
  • a 6" meatball sub,
  • bag of chips,
  • glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: some dark chocolate
 
Dinner: it was a mix of
  • a left over chicken breast from the weekend,
  • some of the broccoli (I forgot to bring creamme of chicken soup so I put a lot of Worcester Sauce on it...)
  • about a half of a bierrock left over from the office luncheon today (quite a bit more spicy that what I'm used to... )
  • iced water
Post dinner: some ice creamme with chocolate sauce...
