Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
Lunch: at Subway Sandwiches for
- a 6" meatball sub,
- bag of chips,
- glass of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: some dark chocolate
Dinner: it was a mix of
- a left over chicken breast from the weekend,
- some of the broccoli (I forgot to bring creamme of chicken soup so I put a lot of Worcester Sauce on it...)
- about a half of a bierrock left over from the office luncheon today (quite a bit more spicy that what I'm used to... )
- iced water
Post dinner: some ice creamme with chocolate sauce...
