Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
 
Lunch: a Healthy Choice BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn with a bottle of water
 
Snack: a couple of squares of dark chocolate and coffee and then some Little Debbie powder donuts...
 
Dinner: Marie Callender pork chop, mashed potatoes and gravy, stewed apples and iced water
