Breakfast: cheerios and coffee
 
Snack: some asparagus stalks, picked from out garden, and boiled. I have finally found out why people eat asparagus. It was delicious! This was the best asparagus I have ever eaten and the only asparagus that I thought was worth eating. It makes the store bought asparagus like the .... it truly is!
 
Lunch: at Applebys for:
  • 12 oz ribeye steak
  • "fully loaded" baked potatoe
  • a glass of "Diet Pepsi" I had to send back twice...
  • a "dollar shooter" desert of "Moose something (choclate pudding); I had ordered the ice creamme Sundae...
  • iced water
The "Diet Pepsi" tasted like Dr. Pepper and something else; we could not identify it. Our waiter was having a bad day so we didn';t say anything when he brought the wrong desert for both of us...
 
Dinner: Marie Callender's Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, a slice of "garlic" bread and iced water
