Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee
Lunch: various chicken and meat dishes on rice and then desert at King's Buffet and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: mashed potatoes with extra sharp Tillamook Cheddar cheese melted onto it, then the stewed pork chops and sour kraut microwaved on top of the cheese and potatoes. Had two little Oreo cookies and iced water.
