Breakfast:

  • two fired eggs,
  • two slices of toast
  • and coffee


Lunch: We went to Giovanias in  Beaverton, Oregon and I had:

  • Salad with Italian dressing
  • Spaghetti with meat sauce and two meat balls
  • Garlic bread
  • Some kind of desert
  • Two glasses of a local beer

Dinner: My Father in Law made:

  • Roast beef
  • Mashed potatoes (instant but good)
  • Brown gravy
  • A bottle of Foster

Desert: a couple of squares of dark chocolate and a gin-n-tonic
