Breakfast: two slices of sour dough
toast with peanut butter and then a repeat
Lunch: feta cheese on sour
dough bread and a can of Diet

Snack: a handful of chocolate
chips at my nephew’s house; I had had sympthoms of
hypoglycemia (what a
surprise!)
Dinner: We went to a restaurant
in Salem, Oregon and I had:

Slices of toast dipped in
olive oil
·
Spaghetti with meat
balls
·
“Diet Coke”, 2 glasses
of
Movie
snack: chips and two gin-n-tonic

bed entertainment (?): I lost dinner with
the first vomiting I’ve done since 31 May 2012 and it was noisy and very
unpleasant. Kathie kept saying: “that’s
enough!
You’ve done enough!” Oddly enough, telling me that doesn’t get my
stomach to behave any more than me telling my stomach to behave. It does make
her feel better, though.
