Breakfast: 3 eggs scrambled with milk and a little black pepper (it was a bit much but I got it down) and a cup of coffee
Lunch: at King's Buffet, a veriety of chicken and beef dishes on rice and chocolate pudding and 2 glasses of "Diet Pepsi"
Snack: a second cup of coffee and some dark chocolate
I also had a small amount of coffee (~ a ¼ cup)
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meatloaf dinner and iced water
