Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and two cups of coffee
Lunch: at the Rat for
- several pieces of chicken (legs and one broiled breast)
- mashed potatoes with brown gravy and cottage cheese
- chocolate pudding with whipped creamme in a pie
- medium "Diet Coke"
Snack: a chunk of dark chocolate
Dinner: Healthy Choice Classic Meat Loaf and iced water and an ice creamme sandwich (never be asked by a friend going to a grocery store if you want anything when you are hungry! You ask for unsafe items...)
