Breakfast: Cheerios and coffee
 
Lunch: from Arbys, a roast beef and 3 cheese sandwich, french fries (of a sort) and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner: Marie Callender's Country Fried Pork Chop and Gravy and iced water
 
Some chocolate cake and vanilla ice creamme left over from the office luncheon (which I did not attend)
