Breakfast: I fashioned a breakfast in order to use one of my cast iron fry pans and I had:
  • fried bacon
  • fried potatoe slices
  • two fried eggs
  • coffee
Lunch: I had the left over roast beef, potatoes and baked onion and a bottle of Diet Pepsi.
 
Snack:  a couple of chunks of dark chocolate
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Meatloaf and iced water
Snack: little Oreo cookies
