Breakfast: left over steak and left over baked potatoe and coffee
 
Lunch; 2 enchaletas, rice, apple scruddle and "Diet Pepsi"
 
Dinner: (something other than Healthy Choice)
  • 1 hot dog in a bun
  • 1 hot dog with Chicken flavoured Ramon
  • small gin-n-tonic
