 I had a fasting blood test this morning. This meant I could not eat after midnight and thus, I kept waking up all night feeling very hungry. Of course, due to the test, I could not go snack on anything. Tonight, should I wake up hungry, I will simply go snack. I don't expect to wake up hungry...

A couple of hours after going to bed, I woke up vomiting and it wasn't until the next day that I realized I had eaten a couple of teaspoon of my hamburger SOS and did me in.

               a bottle of LandShark (they go together so well...)

About 3 am, I realized I was tired of waking up hungry and feeling hot. I left the bedroom, drank some cold water and ate some dark chocolate chips.  I then went back to bed, no longer hungry and no longer bothered by the heat in the room (maybe 70F) and sleep solidly the rest of the night (until 6:30 am anyway.)

The combination of Bill Simms at almost 9 pm and the gin-n-tonic was unfortunate. To paraphrase Vir Cotto:

I kept bringing up stomach juices after going to bed and went to the bathroom. There, I vomited several times and felt better afterwards. I actually got a decent night sleep.

At 4:11 pm, I felt tired, hungry and out of sorts. So, I checked my blood sugar at 4:11 PM. It was 131! This is an amount that should not jack my A1C and could help me in the future.

Either way, the hunger has a feeling of nausea and is unpleasant! I don't like it!
